The Company receives the vehicle from the lessee at the agreed place of delivery, on the day and time indicated in the rental agreement. Returning the vehicle before the agreed day and time does not mean a dissolution of the rent.

Technical support is provided by the Company, throughout the rental of the vehicle, during working days and hours at no extra charge. Overtime technical support may incur extra charges.
The renter can request changes in the booking details of the vehicle for rent (vehicle, driver details, date and time of receipt / delivery, rental time, etc.). Changes can be made before and during the rental period. Vehicle changes and extra accessories supply can only be accepted upon availability. Extra charges may apply for any change in booking.

The collection of the vehicle and this key by the renter / driver will be done at the agreed date and time at the place of delivery mentioned in the contract by a company representative. The renter / driver must bring the necessary valid documents (driver's license, passport or ID) and the online booking number. The renter / driver after inspecting the vehicle and receiving the relevant information from the company representative on the operation of the vehicle, signs the relevant acceptance protocol and the rental agreement if it has not been submitted electronically. Damage to the vehicle prior to receipt must be reported in the relevant protocol. The vehicle and its key are delivered to a representative of the Company, at the predetermined place on the date and time specified in the lease agreement with all accessories in the same good condition which the renter received at the beginning of the lease. Damage or loss of parts of the vehicle is the responsibility of the renter. Charges may apply in case of delay.
Our Company has vehicles of various categories, regardless of make and model. Reservations are subject to availability on the date of booking. In case the company is unable to deliver the agreed category vehicle to the tenant, it delivers a vehicle of similar or higher category.

For some vehicle categories, a warranty amount may be reserved upon receipt of the vehicle. This amount is refunded at the end of the rental (unless other charges arise and in the same way in which it was pledged. Delays may occur for some payment categories.
The Company is not responsible for the loss of personal items that were lost or stolen from the rented vehicle during the rental. The Company maintains a portion of lost items, which it stores for a reasonable period of time.
Child seats, navigation system and other accessories are preferably available. Extra charges may apply.
Helmets are available when renting motorcycles in various sizes, both for the driver and the passenger.

Extra guide, Bluetooth, GPS, Child seats, Belt pillows, Mobile Stand, Mobile charging cables, Sun protection, Inflatable neck pillow, and other extras can be provided. Extra charges may apply.
