You can book your car rental directly on our website by selecting your pickup location, dates, and vehicle type. Alternatively, you can call our customer service centre for assistance.
Can I modify or cancel my reservation?
Yes, you can modify or cancel your reservation. We offer flexible terms, but please note that cancellation or modification fees may apply depending on the timing of the change.
Can I choose a particular car brand or model?
While we strive to provide a vehicle that meets your preferences, specific brands or models cannot always be guaranteed. You can select a vehicle category and we’ll do our best to provide a car within that category. For more precise requests, contact us ahead of time.
What is the minimum period for a vehicle rental?
The minimum rental period is usually one day, though this can vary by location. Less than 24 hour rentals can be provided under circumstances. Please check for online offers.
Can I rent a car if I have a foreign driver’s license?
Yes, we accept valid foreign driver’s licenses. All European licenses are accepted, International Driver’s Permit (IDP) may be required. Other international licenses can only be accepted if they are accompanied by an official translation.
Do you offer delivery or pickup services for the rental car?

What happens if I return the car earlier?

Is insurance included in my rental?
Basic liability coverage is typically included, but we recommend reviewing your rental agreement for specific details. You may also choose to purchase additional coverage, such as Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) or Theft Protection, for extra peace of mind.
What should I do if I lose my rental vehicle keys?
If you lose your keys, contact our customer service immediately. We will assist with getting a replacement, but additional fees may apply.
If I accept the CDW or the SCDW am I covered for any loss that may arise?
The Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) or Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW) covers most damages to the vehicle in the event of an accident, but it does not cover everything. Always review the terms and conditions for full details of your coverage.
Payment
Is there a security deposit required?
Yes, a security deposit is required at the time of pickup. The amount varies based on the type of car and rental agreement. The deposit is typically refunded when the car is returned in the same condition.
What are the methods of payment for the car rental services?
We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards, debit cards, IRIS, Revolut & PayPal.
What is the accepted currency for transactions?
The accepted currency for all transactions is EURO (€).

Driver
What are the requirements to rent a car?
You must be at least 23 and no more than 65 years old. You must have a valid driver’s license. Additional documents such as a passport or ID may be required.
What if i am under 23 years old?
All drivers must have a valid license for at least one year. Drivers under the age of 23 or over 65 may be able to drive a vehicle. Additional insurance fees may be required.
Can I add an additional driver to my rental?
Yes, you can add an additional driver to your reservation for a small daily fee. Additional drivers must meet the same rental requirements and present a valid driver’s license.
Are there any restrictions on where I can drive the rental car?
You may drive your rental car anywhere within the island unless otherwise stated in your rental agreement.
Do I need to clean the car before returning it?
We ask that you return the vehicle in the same condition as you received it. While basic cleaning is included, excessive dirt or stains may result in additional cleaning fees.
Accident
What should I do if I have an accident?
In the event of an accident the driver, if he is able, and after taking all the necessary measures to protect himself, the occupants, both involved and passers-by provided by the Greek Highway Code must inform our customer service immediately and without delay.
What should I do if the vehicle breaks down?
If the vehicle breaks down, you must inform our customer service. Under circumstances we offer roadside assistance, and we’ll arrange for a replacement vehicle if needed. Be sure to review your insurance policy.
Can I tow another car?
Towing another vehicle is strictly forbidden.
What is the policy on off-road driving?
Off-road driving is strictly prohibited. Damages caused by off-road driving may not be covered by insurance.
